CosmoFisher code posted

My Python code “to help create, manipulate, visualize, and gain value from Fisher information matrices” is “out”. A Fisher information matrix provides a convenient and compact way to describe an approximation to the likelihood function for a model in the neighborhood of a point-estimate for a set of parameters. CosmoFisher can generate a Fisher matrix for just about any program you can run (which may even be on a remote computer). I rotated this project’s source code over to a repository on GitHub recently, and I welcome anyone to go ahead and fork it. Check out its Project Page!

I finally got around to uploading a copy of my Fortran code for modelling galaxy clusters. It models a flux-limited X-ray survey for galaxy clusters, generating predicted cluster number counts in luminosity bins and redshift bins. CosmoSurvey provides command-line programs for generating model predictions to standard out, and as plots in the wide variety of formates supported by PLplot. See my Work page for more information.
